3. Donation, Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable Donations

• All financial donations made to Humanitarian Aid International Southern Africa via https://haisa.co.za/ are voluntary and strictly non-refundable.
• Once a transaction is completed through PayFast, the funds are immediately allocated to active humanitarian projects, emergency relief programs, and administrative support across Southern Africa.

3.2 Recurring Donations / Subscriptions

• If you set up a recurring monthly donation, you may request to cancel future recurring charges at any time by contacting us at least 5 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
• Past recurring billing charges that have already been processed are non-refundable.

3.3 Transaction Errors

In the event of an accidental duplicate transaction or a demonstrable technical error on our payment gateway, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment so we can review the issue.
